The RES precision-forged titanium alloy mid-pipe and rear exhaust system is the result of extensive R&D expertise and state-of-the-art engineering. Titanium alloy offers inherent advantages—including lightweight construction, high strength, and superior resistance to heat, corrosion, and oxidation. Compared to traditional stainless steel, it significantly reduces vehicle weight; it resists deformation and discoloration under high temperatures, maintains structural integrity during prolonged aggressive driving, and offers exceptional rust resistance for a longer service life.
Manufacturing utilizes professional CNC tube-bending equipment for integrated shaping, combined with high-precision 3D CNC cutting for accurate component fabrication. This ensures a perfect fit upon installation, with tight, secure welds resulting in a robust and durable overall structure. During development, fluid dynamics simulations were used to meticulously map internal airflow and optimize flow paths, while the acoustic profile was carefully tuned to deliver a pure, deep, and explosive exhaust note the moment the vehicle accelerates.
