RES Exhaust Guarantee: As long as you purchase RES exhaust products through
RES official or authorized dealers, you will enjoy the following warranty terms:
1. Product warranty period: 304 stainless steel exhaust, titanium alloy exhaust, nickel alloy exhaust, high flow three-way catalyst, electronic components and related accessories of intelligent valve control system (excluding consumables such as batteries), with a warranty period of one year from the date of purchase.
2. Three Guarantees Policy:
A Guarantee Repair: During the warranty period, if any damage occurs due to product quality, the company is responsible for repairing it
B Guarantee replacement: Within the warranty period of 30 days, if it is determined that the product quality problem cannot be repaired and reused, the company is responsible for free replacement
C Return Guarantee: Within 15 days of the warranty period, if it is determined that the product is of poor quality and cannot be used again, the company will be responsible for returning it
3. If the product is damaged due to personal reasons, including vehicle collision, natural disasters, human activities, chemical corrosion and other external reasons, it is not covered by the warranty and does not enjoy the above protection
4. If the user fails to maintain the vehicle in accordance with regulations, changes the purpose of the vehicle without authorization, or uses it for operation, rental, leasing, or participation in competitive competitions, it will also be deemed as an automatic waiver of warranty rights
5. If the malfunction is caused by improper use or if it continues to be used due to failure to promptly seek repair at a repair station, it shall be deemed as an automatic waiver of warranty rights
6. Our company's warranty commitment for products is limited to quality failures of the product itself, and we do not assume joint liability for other related issues arising from exhaust pipe failures (such as vehicle collisions and accidents, personnel repair costs, trailer costs, freight, owner and related personnel hour/profit losses, other related personnel losses, etc.).
7. Our company's warranty commitment for our products is limited to the owner who purchases and uses our products. If there is a change of owner due to vehicle transfer/ownership, even during the warranty period, our company is not responsible for warranty
8. If the car owner modifies the exhaust pipe without authorization, including wrapping insulation cotton cloth on all exhaust pipes, banana or high flow catalytic converters, it shall be deemed as automatically waiving the warranty rights. If quality faults occur due to unauthorized modification of the exhaust pipe, the above RES product warranty terms shall not be enjoyed
9. During the use of the product, due to heat and corrosion from chemicals, there may be discoloration or slight rusting at high temperatures for a long time, which is a normal situation and is not covered by the warranty.
10. The following are quality issues that apply to the warranty terms: welding cracks, air leaks, explosions, etc. caused by no human error.
11. The following points are not quality issues and do not apply to warranty terms: damage to consumable flanges/screws/flange gaskets, and slight rusting of the product.
12. Due to the special nature of exhaust products, RES does not guarantee the replacement of the front section/head section/head coke/straight through/three-way, and will not be responsible for the "check engine indicator light on" warning signal
13. During the warranty period, the warranty service is limited to replacing or repairing defective parts, not replacing the entire exhaust pipe. RES reserves the final decision-making power over whether all products require repair or replacement. In the event of product discontinuation or replacement, we have the right to use a new generation of products to replace them
14. During the warranty period, please keep the factory label properly. We will provide you with humanized warranty service, so that you have no worries!
