Manufacturing utilizes professional CNC tube-bending equipment for integrated shaping, combined with high-precision 3D CNC cutting for accurate component fabrication. This ensures a perfect fit upon installation, with tight, secure welds resulting in a robust and durable overall structure. During development, fluid dynamics simulations were used to meticulously map internal airflow and optimize flow paths, while the acoustic profile was carefully tuned to deliver a pure, deep, and explosive exhaust note the moment the vehicle accelerates.
